Specifications

The system is available in five chain widths ranging from 38mm to 220mm. The maximum conveyor length is – depending on the configuration and the load – approximately 15 to 20 meters.

Depending on the product specifications, speeds from 1 to 60 meters per minute are feasible. The Carryline conveyors can be used in temperatures between -20ºC to +60ºC.

The system has chains in many different designs and a large range of wheel and friction curves for both horizontal and vertical transport. The Carryline system is available in various materials.

The Carryline chain conveying system offers enormous possibilities for the transport of all kinds of (packaged) products. With all options for materials, widths, lengths and chain types, the system offers a solution for the vast majority of the issues. Most likely for yours too!
